Science has always been a great passion. I graduated from Baylor University with a major in Biology. This is my fifth year teaching Science. I taught both Earth and Life Science at Hutcheson Junior High School before coming to teach Biology at Bowie. I was the recipient of the 2006 National Semi-Conductor "Science in Action" grant. I spent one week at the Johnson Space Center in the Texas Aerospace Scholar program. In 2008 I was selected to partici[ate in Northrop Gruman's Zero G program. I have had the privilege of living abroad. I lived in Brazil ten years and Russai four years. My greatest joy is inspiring students to love Science and to always ask questions about life |
